Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
This statement explains Astagio's approach to preventing slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking in its service operations and supply chain.
Statement status and scope
View 3sixty Ltd t/a Astagio publishes this Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for transparency in relation to the Astagio service. It covers our own service operations and the suppliers or project partners we may work with when delivering site scanning, asset tagging, digital twin content, and related operational briefings. The statement is reviewed with reference to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 where relevant to the business.
Our organisation and supply chain
Astagio provides site scanning, asset tagging, digital twin content, access-route information, contractor briefing material, and related operational content services. The supply chain may include software platforms, hosting providers, creative production support, specialist scanning or site-capture support, professional advisers, equipment suppliers, and other business-service providers.
Policy position
We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking, child labour, or exploitative working practices in our operations or supply chain. Suppliers and project partners are expected to comply with applicable labour, immigration, health and safety, equality, and human-rights laws, and to raise concerns where they identify a risk of modern slavery or human trafficking.
Risk assessment and due diligence
Modern slavery risk is considered in proportion to the nature and scale of the project, the country or sector involved, the supplier role, and whether subcontracted labour is used. Practical due diligence may include checking supplier identity, reviewing contractual commitments, avoiding cash or opaque labour arrangements, confirming site-access responsibilities, and escalating concerns where working conditions, recruitment practices, or subcontracting arrangements appear inconsistent with UK standards.
| Risk area | Practical control |
|---|---|
| Subcontracted capture or production support | Use reputable suppliers, confirm scope in writing, and avoid unclear employment or payment arrangements. |
| Site access and contractor environments | Respect client site rules, induction processes, safeguarding requirements, and health and safety controls. |
| Digital and professional services suppliers | Select established providers where possible and keep supplier relationships under review. |
| Concerns or suspected exploitation | Escalate promptly, pause questionable arrangements where appropriate, and consider relevant reporting routes. |
Training, awareness, and reporting
People working with Astagio should remain alert to indicators such as restricted freedom of movement, withheld documents, coercion, debt bondage, unsafe accommodation, unusual payment arrangements, or signs that a worker is controlled by another person. Concerns can be raised through [email protected]. If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
Review and continuous improvement
This statement should be reviewed periodically and whenever Astagio's service model, supply chain, project locations, or supplier base materially changes. Future reviews may record supplier checks, staff awareness activity, reported concerns, and any improvement actions completed during the period.
